OTFLH: Florida Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, FL, 33408 USAOtis is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to manage labor and employee relations for its union represented employees in the United States and Canada. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Labor & Employee Relations. The LR Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing labor and employee relations initiatives and strategies in the United States and Canada.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required Law degree or Master degree in Industrial Relations strongly preferred. Will consider Masters degree in related field and/or substantive equivalent experienceExperience /Qualifications
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the Labor Relations field or practicePrevious experience working with and providing guidance to senior leadership in labor and employee relations Significant experience with conducting complex investigations, labor contract analysis and interpretation, collective bargaining negotiations and representing management in grievance, arbitration and agency proceedings with proven resultsComprehensive knowledge of current federal, state / provincial and local labor and employment laws and regulationsStrong analytical and persuasive written/oral communications skills are critical Well-organized, self-motivated, process oriented, impeccable ethics and integrity, and a team playerExcellent leadership, exceptionally strong customer focus and adherence to completed staff work are required to be successful in this positionAbility to travel if needed. Business travel is estimated at about 15% of the manager’s time annuallyThe salary range for this role is $160,000.00-$170,000.00. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
