**Position Summary**
This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing effective internal communication strategies that engage employees, drive our business strategy, enhance organizational culture, and promote our Credo.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional writing abilities, and a deep understanding of internal communication best practices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Applies advanced knowledge of communication tactics to develop strategies that enhance corporate visibility and reputation, improve employee perceptions, and cultivate a successful employer brand.
+ Advises senior management on engagement opportunities that would connect leadership with employees and support collaborations between cross-functional departments and team members.
+ Leads large-scale internal, employee activations (e.g. global town halls, fireside chats, top leader connects) and manages leader internal channels (e.g. leader messages re: earnings, new product launches, employee survey results, change management initiatives, strategy rollout).
+ Build and execute integrated communications plans to drive employee engagement for Johnson & Johnson, Vision, and its portfolio of ACUVUE and TECNIS products and services!
+ Utilizes data-driven approaches to optimize corporate communication methods and ensures internal communications align with and support organizational values and priorities.
+ Leading expert individual contributor who is viewed as a valuable resource by peers, who manages large projects or processes.
+ Serves as a subject matter expert on communication tactics and provides insight for facilitating internal communications.
+ Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
+ Controls the implementation of corporate communication processes that drive understanding, alignment, and engagement with organizational goals and objectives.
+ Identify and realize opportunities to promote and positively represent the franchise and brand through internal communication.
+ Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, human resources, product supply, key leaders, and others to develop innovative and engaging communications plans and strategies for Johnson & Johnson and for ACUVUE.
+ Directs, coordinates and manages PR agency and budgets.
+ Deliver exceptional content and creative output across audiences.
+ Anticipate when there is a need to integrate communication projects with other enterprise teams and takes appropriate action to partner with them.
+ Draft proposals for special communications projects; present and promote those projects to management.
+ Support leader town halls, key messages, videos, and some financial updates.
+ Drive and influence the execution of critical business initiatives while working collaboratively with leaders and partners across functions.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Required** :
+ Minimum of eight (8) years experience in corporate communications, marketing, or public relations
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite programs
+ Experience in leading employee communications programs and strategies
+ Experience with executive thought leadership/communications
**Preferred:**
+ Proven ability to lead with influence
+ Able to navigate ambiguity
+ Success in working large-scale, global multi-channel campaigns

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
120,000 - 207,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
