About the Role

岗位职责：    
1.    承担分公司业务部门HRBP职责，对业务需求和问题进行诊断并提供专业的HR解决方案，赋能业务部门达成目标
2.    对所负责业务部门进行人才招募、培养、敬业度提升、人才盘点与梯队建设等人才管理工作 
3.    负责分公司员工关系管理，并提供专业意见，包括但不限于公司政策解读、监管政策执行、劳动纠纷处理等
4.    与总部保持紧密关系，承接总部各项HR制度的宣贯与解释，并在分公司执行
5.    建立和维护员工沟通渠道，定期收集员工反馈，及时解决员工关心的问题
6.    与其他 HR 模块紧密协作，确保人力资源工作的整体协同性
7.    接受上级领导安排的其他工作任务

任职资格：    
1.    本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业优先
2.    5年以上 HR 工作经验，有员工关系或 HRBP 工作经历者优先
3.    熟悉国家劳动法律法规及相关政策
4.    具备较强的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和服务意识
5.    拥有良好的团队合作精神，能承受一定工作压力
6.    具有较强的数据分析能力和文字表达能力
7.    熟练使用各类办公软件及 HR 管理系统
