About the Role
岗位名称:(Sr.)Manager, HRBP岗位职责:
1. 承担分公司业务部门HRBP职责,对业务需求和问题进行诊断并提供专业的HR解决方案,赋能业务部门达成目标
2. 对所负责业务部门进行人才招募、培养、敬业度提升、人才盘点与梯队建设等人才管理工作
3. 负责分公司员工关系管理,并提供专业意见,包括但不限于公司政策解读、监管政策执行、劳动纠纷处理等
4. 与总部保持紧密关系,承接总部各项HR制度的宣贯与解释,并在分公司执行
5. 建立和维护员工沟通渠道,定期收集员工反馈,及时解决员工关心的问题
6. 与其他 HR 模块紧密协作,确保人力资源工作的整体协同性
7. 接受上级领导安排的其他工作任务
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业优先
2. 5年以上 HR 工作经验,有员工关系或 HRBP 工作经历者优先
3. 熟悉国家劳动法律法规及相关政策
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和服务意识
5. 拥有良好的团队合作精神,能承受一定工作压力
6. 具有较强的数据分析能力和文字表达能力
7. 熟练使用各类办公软件及 HR 管理系统
