About the role.
Supported by an extended team, this role acts as a subject matter expert of our HR technology, delivering front line support, providing consultation on how the global Onboarding programs, key HR processes and technology intersect.
Partner cross functionally with the different teams responsible for delivering the components of our Onboarding programs – Process, Technology, Culture and knowledge management.Provide input into the overall Employee Experience Centre strategy, policies, tools and programs based on business needs and insights
Proven experience in managing global teams and delivering programs at scaleStrong problem solving, process design thinking and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package: $107,600.00 - $143,500.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
