The Sr. Manager, FP&A role will support the Lifestyle Division FP&A Global Finance team. The key focus includes budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for the overall Divisional reporting, including global financial process improvement. This position is also responsible for completing complex management reports and financial models, process improvement initiatives, and developing recommendations for change. This position will also work directly with our SVP, Controlling, and our senior Lifestyle Divisional management team within the finance and controlling environment. A solid knowledge of financial systems is required. This position has two direct reports.
What You Will Do
Financial Planning and Analysis function for the Division, overseeing three distinct business units to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and operational efficiencyWorks closely with all Regions, Customer Business Units, Business units, Corporate, and other Divisions to support financial reporting, financial process improvements, and projects (based on pre-defined KPI’s)Drive and lead strategic initiatives to improve financial efficiency, optimize cost structures, and enhance revenue growth opportunities.Preparation of monthly financial reports, global functions reporting and analysis, and providing insights across various departmentsReview and report on variance analysis of actual vs. Forecast, Plan & Prior YearDesign and implementation of new KPIs and performance dashboards, enhancing visibility into key business metrics and operational efficiencySupport cost center activity, including monthly reporting and analysis, and leading reviews with Senior LeadershipEnsure divisional compliance with corporate policies and internal controls, reviewing and implementing group regulatory policies as neededCapital expenditure (Capex) reporting, tracking investments, and returnsSupport communication and the ad hoc requests from SAMSUNG and SAMSUNG dispatchersMaintain a tight monthly G/L close process, working closely with divisional businesses and business controllers.Streamline tools and processes to improve the analysis of complex data and make recommendationsWhat You Need to Be Successful
Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or business administrationEight or more years of experienceDemonstrated knowledge of P&L and cash budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processesStrong analytical, written, verbal, and organizational skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and management levelsStrong attention to detail and data accuracy with a heightened sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience developing and executing executive-level presentations.SAP or other large ERP and follow-on system experience, along with the ability to manage large data setsAbility to contribute both as an effective individual and as a proactive team member.Bonus Points if You Have

Salary Ranges:
