Lead and develop a high-performing team of plant controllers and senior accountants to deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial support across a global manufacturing networkManage and oversee all aspects of plant-level financial planning and analysis, including month-end close activities, budgeting, forecasting, plant spend and variance analysisServe as the primary finance business partner to the Senior Director of Manufacturing for the Foods network, offering insight and guidance on cost trends, productivity, and performance driversSupport the business in identifying cost-saving opportunities and monitoring productivity initiatives across plantsCoordinate and lead the monthly plant performance review process, synthesizing results, translating into clear, actionable insights, and communicating to senior leadershipProactively identify performance risks and opportunities, influence decision making, and drive actions that improve plant efficiency and cost performanceContribute to capital planning by supporting financial input and ROI assessments for plant-specific projectsEnsure compliance with internal controls, including inventory processes, cycle counting, and accurate standard costingPartner with accounting to ensure proper financial treatment of plant costs and alignment with corporate close timelinesDrive consistency and process improvement across the plant finance team, including reporting standardization, team development, and leveraging of offshore capabilitiesWhat We Are Looking For:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key trends and risks, and apply sound business judgment to drive insight-driven recommendationsProven ability to lead and develop a high-performing dispersed finance teamMust be results oriented with strong attention to detail and deadlinesAbility to independently and reliably execute deliverables with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organizationComfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesAbility to effectively communicate complex financial terms to non-finance professionals and senior stakeholdersExcellent prioritization and multitasking abilitiesConsumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience and strong understanding of operations is a plusExperience in accounting or cost accounting preferredIntermediate to advanced skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel and PowerPointEducation:

$115,200 - $158,400The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
