This strategic role will lead a team of instructional designers and programs leaders to drive the future of ER capability, partnering with stakeholders to drive excellence in ER learning initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive vision, strategy and goals for the ER Learning team in EXR
• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and program leaders, fostering innovation and excellence
• Drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance ER capabilities for EXR’s customers
• Partner with senior leadership to identify learning needs and opportunities
• Design and implement scalable learning solutions that meet organizational requirements
• Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, rooted in business objectives
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation effectively
