About the Role

aims to ensure smooth system operations, lead development tasks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet stakeholder needs

Roles and Responsibilities:    

1.    As a task leader(30%~40%):
a)    Discuss user requirement with user, BA.
b)    Write design or design review;
c)    Coach or lead vender to complete development task

2.    As a project manager(25%~35%):
a)    Develop project plan, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.
b)    Organize and manage the project team, assign tasks, and monitor progress
c)    Coordinate cross-functional teams, including user, BA, developer to ensure all stakeholders' needs are met.

3.    As a developer(20%~30%):
a)    Keep production system running normally
b)    Troubleshooting and solve the system problem

Job Requirements:    

Experience:
1.    Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in data management & analytics roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity；
2.    Proven track record of successfully leading data-driven projects and teams in the insurance industry or a closely related field
3.    Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing data teams, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management；

Skill:
1.    Proficient in data extraction, analysis, modeling, and performance optimization.  
2.    Skilled in Oracle, MySQL, and other relational databases; capable of guiding team members on database architecture and best practices.  
3.    Experienced with Python, Java and related data technologies.  
4.    Able to understand user requirements and Conducts requirement analysis and scenario design to meet user needs.  
5.    AI Enthusiast, passionate about AI with a strong sense of innovation.  
6.    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

Education and other:
1.    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
2.    Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation；
3.    Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
