About the Role

• 根据总部IVS业务计划，制定和实施分公司IVS业务策略和举措，确保分公司达成IVS业务目标
• 落实总公司IVS 业务模式规划，制定和实施分公司落地举措，确保IVS模式、活动和方案等顺畅执行

岗位职责：

负责根据总公司的IVS 工作目标和规划，制定当地的IVS 具体业务策略和实施计划，包括IVS O2O 模式和职域营销模式。根据总公司IVS O2O的项目计划，负责分公司当地的活动推动、追踪、效果反馈等具体工作。根据总公司IVS 职域营销的项目计划，负责分公司职域营销活动的实施、推动、培训、追踪、效果反馈和活动优化迭代等。以及分公司职域营销活动资源整合和供应商管理。                     负责制定分公司IVS 业务推动方案，追踪IVS业务进度，达成IVS业务目标。负责本团队员工的管理、培养和考核，追踪业绩指标完成情况，确保团队绩效和工作质量。

岗位要求:

8年以上寿险公司工作经验，5年以上管理经验有个险营销眼渠道企划相关工作经验者优先大学本科或以上学历具有较强的责任心、工作主动性及团队合作精神具备很强的沟通协调能力及学习能力
