Sr. Manager, Corporate Events
**Job Description** **Where you’ll work:** remote US GoTo is looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Manager of Corporate Events to lead our events strategy, planning and execution. This strategic leader will drive impactful experiences across conferences, webinars, customer events, and internal programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about brand engagement, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is skilled at both in-person and digital event delivery. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, this role will oversee planning and project management for in-person and digital events managing a small inhouse team and external vendors. The Sr. Manager of Corporate Events will work with key stakeholders, vendors, and executives to drive the strategy, execution, and a measurable impact on our events, webinars, corporate and third-party strategic events, user conference and more. **Your Day to Day** **As a Sr. Manager, Coporate Events, you would be working on:** + Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with GoTo’s business goals and brand vision. + Integrated Planning: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure events drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, thought leadership, and market presence. + Program Ownership: Oversee end-to-end event management (from concept and budgeting to production, promotion, and post-event ROI analysis) for a range of events including tradeshows, annual user conference, sales kickoff, internal events, webinars, and more. + Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a small high-performing events team, as well as oversee agency and vendor relationships. + Innovation & Excellence: Drive innovation in event formats, digital/hybrid experiences, and measurement to continually enhance impact and attendee satisfaction. + Partner Recruiting & Management: Maintain a network of partners to assist with various aspects of event management, including venue sourcing, production, branding, and onsite logistics. + Budgeting & ROI: Own the events budget, ensure cost-effective execution, and track measurable outcomes for continuous improvement. + Brand Stewardship: Ensure all events reflect and amplify the GoTo brand, messaging, and customer promise. **What We’re Looking For** **As a Sr. Manager, Corporate Events, your background will look like:** + 7+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale B2B events—ideally in SaaS, tech, or communications industries. + Experience managing multi-million-dollar event budgets for internal and customer-facing events. Expertise in both physical and virtual/hybrid event strategies and strong knowledge of contemporary events and experiential brand marketing practices. + Experience managing teams and external vendors/agencies. + Strong communication, executive presence and stakeholder management skills. + Analytical mindset; data-driven approach to event planning and measurement, creative problem solver with attention to detail and a passion for excellence. + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s a plus). **What We Offer** At GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond. Annual Base Salary Range: $123,000.00 - $204,000.00 _The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
