Sr. Manager, Compensation
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Quincy, MA)

Our client, a publicly traded company in Quincy, MA, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Compensation to run their compensation program as well as HR analytics, and partner with the broader HR team. This role is both hands-on and strategic, and they're seeking a candidate who is excited about the blend of both types of work.

Responsibilities:

Manage and administer the annual merit, bonus, and equity processPerform competitive market pay research, analysis, and job classificationsManage compensation surveys, as well as equity and short incentive programsProvide compensation guidance to internal managers as well as the HR teamDevelop meaningful HR analytics to enhance the company's talent strategy

Qualifications:
