Job Summary

As the Sr. Manager, Commercial Lease Analyst, you act as a brand ambassador to our landlords, bringing J.Crew’s style, passion, and welcoming energy each day. You’ll create notices and negotiate agreements, collaborate with the real estate, construction, and finance teams, and ensure data integrity across real estate systems. Further, you’ll collaborate with your legal team members and managers to drive the business, jump in on tasks that help support our legal leasing team, and bring a collaborative, kind, and inclusive energy to the department and J.Crew as a whole.

Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate license, signage, and storage agreements.• Draft landlord notices and confirmations.• Critical date management and ensuring the data integrity of current systems.• Maintain and update lease tracking systems and databases.• Identify cost-saving opportunities in lease terms and occupancy strategies.• Resolve lease-related issues, disputes, and escalations with landlords or tenants.• Work collectively with and manage team members.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $151,000.00
