The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation. Role Purpose:
We’re seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Leader to lead the development and execution of Global Supply Management (GSM) Strategic Sourcing strategies, policies, tactics and objectives for direct materials and Contract manufacturing that align and are linked with the business units, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing strategies. This role is responsible for creating and implementing category strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and optimizing total cost while ensuring compliance with global procurement policies. You will manage a high-performing team, build supplier relationships, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Champions and advocates for the Global Buying Policy. Ensures compliance. Advocate of technology and process improvements and streamlining Key leader of inputs for Annual Blackbrook and budget setting process
Performance Metrics:
Contribution Metrics in terms of NPC and Spend reduction compared to benchmarks and exceeding annual Spend reduction targets Critical supplier quality & performance metrics and demonstrating improvement from current state Shared Objectives Score % Global Objectives Performance Strategic/Critical Suppliers and/or % spend Under Contract/Management Weighted Average Payment Terms improvement plans Sustainability Key Goals and Objectives
Minimum Qualifications - Required
Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management experience At least 3 years of experience leading and developing teams Proven ability to create and execute strategies, including supplier negotiations and contracts Strong analytical and communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field Experience in Direct Materials
Travel & Location:
Willingness to travel 10-25% (Domestic travel) This position can be based in Durham, NC, Tewksbury, MA or Corning, NY. (Hybrid)

The range for this position is $155,614.00 - $213,969.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
