Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Account Executive to join our team!
The Sr. Manager, Clinical Account Executive is a highly motivated professional with at least 5 years of successful clinical experience interfacing directly with large complex clients. This key position is responsible for leading and developing Clinical Staff within the Account Management department as well as the co-development of long-term account strategy for the Clients assigned to the team they support. The SMCAE has exceptional clinical, business and relationship building skills and possesses the ability to apply sound clinical judgment to a variety of situations.
The position will represent the company at internal and external meetings. The position is a key member of the Clinical Account Team and is responsible for the account relationship and ultimate retention of the account and growth of the business.This person would also be required to plan and allocate resources to effectively staff to maintain the Navitus superior client experience, including the managing of PTO requests. Ability to reason and translate clinical information into a manner appropriate for clinical and non-clinical audience’s critical to job success.

Manage and support the team of SR-CAE’s, CAE’s, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Quality Specialists assigned to themManage the clinical relationships with clientsSupport the creation and presentation of data for strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reportsDevelop and implement a clinical plan that meets the goals and objectives of the client and is in alignment with corporate business strategyIdentifies process improvement opportunities to enhance the quality of outcomes for clientsDemonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization’s management teamActively participate in developing the clinical strategy for clientConsultant on Plan/Benefit design recommendationsEstablish and maintain client relationships at the appropriate levels, including medical and pharmacy directors, CEO’s, benefit managers and consultantsSupport and participate in P & T Committees for select clientsConsultant for formulary management and administrationProvide ongoing evaluation of clinical programs and servicesLead/Facilitate in multi-disciplinary team to discuss the ongoing needs of the clientsOther duties as assigned Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required, PharmD and/or Residency Program preferred.
