Your Role at Delta Faucet

As the Senior Manager of Channel Marketing for Newport Brass, you are a strategic architect responsible for planning and executing integrated programs that drive brand growth and elevate customer and influencer engagement across multiple channels. You translate insights into action by partnering closely with product, sales, and brand teams to anticipate market trends, develop compelling programs, and ensure flawless execution. This role is not about managing isolated tactics – it’s about designing cohesive, results-driven strategies that deliver brand relevance and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

Strategic Program Development: Develop and lead the channel marketing strategy for Newport Brass to support business strategies and drive sales and profitable growth across all customer-facing and influencer touchpoints.Channel & Customer Expertise: Build and maintain deep channel knowledge through field travel, industry engagement, and competitive analysis. Develop customer-specific promotions, merchandising, and channel plans to increase visibility and conversion.Campaign Leadership: Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with brand priorities.Visual Displays and Merchandising: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, effective campaign execution and optimized product placement while monitoring performance and adapting strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Regional stakeholders to ideate and activate programs that meet commercial objectives.Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and track channel performance by analyzing sales, margins, and volume across key products and customers, and lead the development of targeted improvement plans.Sales & Customer Activation: Serve as the primary liaison for the corporate sales team and agency representatives. Develop customer-specific promotions, programs, and merchandising assets to increase visibility and conversion.Launch Support: Support product launches across customer channels, including rollout strategy and post-launch performance maintenance.Digital Integration: Collaborate with digital marketing counterparts to synchronize omnichannel initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in customer/channel marketing or brand management within a large, matrixed organization5+ years experience managing cross-functional projects with stage-gate frameworksStrong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channelsProven ability to interpret data and insights to craft compelling, actionable marketing strategiesDemonstrated track record in optimizing marketing spend for effectiveness and efficiencyExcellent communication and presentation skills – confident, clear, and authentic in delivering strategic messagingCollaborative, innovative, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learningExperience or strong interest in luxury, fashion, or design industries is a plus

Additional Information

This position requires up to 40% domestic travel, supporting key customer accounts and initiatives in the field.

Hiring Range: $101,100.00 - $158,950.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
