This role combines strategic consulting expertise with hands-on customer engagement to roadmap Enterprise Level Agentic Process Automation initiatives through quantifiable business value assessments and executive-level workshops. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Value Consulting & Customer Engagement** Lead comprehensive business value assessments for enterprise clients across key industry verticals Design and facilitate executive workshops with customers to identify strategic priorities, transformation objectives, and technology gaps Design and deliver interactive business workshops with customer executives to uncover business drivers and transformation needs Build investment-grade financial models and business cases demonstrating ROI, topline, and bottom-line impacts of digital transformation initiatives Present complex strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships through ongoing value realization activities Collaborate with global stakeholders on critical strategy projects and cross-functional initiatives Support territory and account planning through analytics-driven insights and recommendations **Required Qualifications** **Experience & Background** 8-12 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, business value selling, or related strategic roles Proven track record in customer-facing roles with demonstrated ability to engage C-suite executives Experience designing and facilitating business workshops and strategic planning sessions Strong background in financial modeling, business case development, and ROI analysis **Technical Skills** Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting Expertise in strategy frameworks, scenario planning, and business analysis methodologies Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Exposure to AI/ML, automation platforms, and emerging technology frameworks Experience with CRM systems, MS Office and sales planning tools **Industry Knowledge (Preferred)** Deep understanding of one or more key industries (BPO, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail or Healthcare) Knowledge of digital transformation trends and emerging AI technologies Understanding of enterprise software solutions and their business applications **Key Competencies** Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to influence senior executives Strong workshop facilitation and group dynamics management capabilities Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships Strong business acumen with ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders Customer-centric mindset with focus on value delivery **Education Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred Professional certifications in strategy, consulting, or project management a plus All unsolicited resumes submitted to any @automationanywhere.com email address, whether submitted by an individual or by an agency, will not be eligible for an agency fee. **Automation Anywhere is the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), transforming how work gets done with AI-powered automation.
