About the Role

Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

协助工作：

协助业务发展总监分解和落实业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标；

业绩推动及人力发展：

组织区部及区部内各营管处执行公司各项业务活动及营销计划，如事业说明会、产品说明会等，推动业务增长及人力发展。督导外勤总监和业务主管，为提升其业务管理水平提出建议和意见；通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，激励其提升产能。督导业务发展专员执行各类业务发展项目，如业务竞赛、增员项目等，确保其有效实施。

3． 客户驱动：

根据业务发展情况，将客户当前和未来的需求和偏好作为改进产品和服务质量，提高管理水平及不断创新的动力，以提高客户的满意度和忠诚程度。

4.  培训工作：

了解营销业务主管的培训需求，参与策划和开发针对营销主管的培训课程；在业务培训部主导下，于本地配合执行各项营销员培训课程

5.  日常工作：

正确地传达与宣导公司信息，定期宣导各项与业务品质有关的合规制度；协调所负责区域和公司相关部门的关系，确保跨部门合作的顺利进行；管控区部及各所辖营销服务部营业费用，确保业务支出在合理预算范围之内

岗位资格

大学本科及以上，市场营销或工商管理专业尤佳；10年以上的保险行业相关工作经验或5年以上市场营销，或商业管理经验；全面了解业务发展部组织架构和保险的业务环境；优秀的领导能力；基本的业务培训经验和业务管理技巧；业务管理的决策，对公司业务管理政策的高敏感性；高效沟通能力及出色的演讲技巧；优秀的项目管理技能。
