Summary Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions is seeking a results-driven, high-performing professional with 15+ years’ experience applying progressively responsible and in-depth analysis of federal workforce principles, concepts, and practices to serve as a Senior Management Analyst for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Resource Directorate. The Senior Management Analyst may be required to report onsite at the U. S. Department of Transportation’s Washington, DC Headquarters. Responsibilities Analyze workforce trends, policy and guidance from the Office of Personnel Management. Serve as a direct adviser to the Management Program Officer and Executive Director for the Office of the Under Secretary related to the interpretation of 5 CFR, position development of the full range of competencies to training. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) • Bachelor’s Degree • 15+ years’ experience in program coordination, writing, research, and communications. applying progressively responsible and in-depth analysis of federal workforce principles, concepts, and practices. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Expert knowledge of 5 CFR and the implications on recruitment, pay and retention. • Knowledge of federal administrative process and technical skills in providing administrative feedback on policy and guidance directly impacting workforce. • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative process and steps to evaluate the effectiveness of programs to develop, evaluate and assist with recruitment issues. • Expert knowledge of and skill in applying, a wide range of position management principles, concepts, practices, and techniques to evaluate controversial and complex organizational
