ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform electrical, painting, and/or plumbing repairs on company facility equipment and fixtures
• Document and follow up on pest control activities
• Supervise the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
• Maintain and repair air compressors supporting production, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
• Perform basic engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
• Update mechanical drawings when changes are mandated.
• Maintain all air conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.
• Submit proposals and recommendations to the department supervisor for updates or changes.
• Maintain maintenance records for each piece of assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine inspections to determine necessary maintenance work.
• Follow preventive maintenance instructions and ensure proper documentation of such records.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations associated with the position and as directed by the supervisor.
• Adhere to and follow all procedures within the company’s safety policy.
• May perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Provide support to all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives to uphold our zero-accident culture.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Intermediate PC skills.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of PLCs.
• Knowledge of light construction work such as: sheetrock, painting, plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

The individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements include frequent reading of written documents and use of a computer monitor screen.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.• Requires an industrial refrigeration certification.

• Requires a PLC certification.
