**Job Description**
**Danfoss Mexico** is looking for a **Sr Maintenance Supervisor** for our Plant in **Queretaro** . As Sr Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for ensure that an organization's physical assets are in optimal working condition to support smooth, uninterrupted operations. This involves strategic planning and execution of maintenance activities to achieve optimal equipment performance and reliability. The role includes managing budgets, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
+ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.
+ Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations.
+ Lead and oversee the maintenance team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
+ Ensure all machinery, tools, and systems are functioning efficiently and meet operational standards.
+ Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies, promoting a culture of safety.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff.
+ Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions or facility issues promptly.
+ Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records for audits and operational insights.
+ Monitor spare parts inventory, coordinate procurement, and suggest cost-effective solutions.
+ Participate in cross-functional meetings and suggest innovative solutions to optimize machinery usage.
+ Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO-9001 e IATF16949) and quality policy.
+ Work closely with VSM in measuring and reporting key maintenance performance indicators.
+ Implement strategy and promote TPM initiatives in the plant.

+ Experience: 7 years in maintenance
+ Education: Engineer/Technical in Mechanical, Maintenance, or Industrial Maintenance
+ Mechanical Proficiency
+ Electrical Knowledge (systems, schematics, wiring diagrams)
+ Hydraulic and Pneumatic Understanding
+ PLC Programming and Troubleshooting
+ Experience in Diagnosing and Repairing Industrial Machinery
+ Sensors and Automation Knowledge
+ Structured Problem Solving (PDCA, 8D, etc.)
+ Storeroom Inventory Management
+ Advanced Diagnostic Tools (Thermography, etc.)
+ Blueprints, Schematics Interpretation
+ Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Techniques
+ Familiarity with Maintenance Management Software
+ English: Advanced
+ Experience: 7 years in maintenance
+ Education: Engineer/Technical in Mechanical, Maintenance, or Industrial Maintenance
