In this highly visible role, you will design, manage, and scale learning programs that drive global sales productivity, enable effective use of sales tools, and ensure alignment with Lenovo's evolving business processes and transformation initiatives, including Project Pinnacle. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of learning programs focused on ERP/CRM systems, sales workflows, and business processes—empowering Lenovo's international salesforce to succeed in a complex, solution-oriented market. **Key Responsibilities** + Design and manage learning programs for global sales teams, focused on sales tools, business processes, and ERP/CRM system adoption. + Translate business process hierarchies into clear, contextual learning experiences by role and task. + Create persona-based learning journeys to support adoption of platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CPQ, and SAP. + Collaborate with sales ops, IT, and transformation teams to align training with process, compliance, and KPI requirements. + Support Project Pinnacle by delivering training that enables transformation of sales systems and operations. + Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content relevance and business alignment. + Contribute to strategic learning frameworks, including onboarding, certification, and enablement paths. + Deliver learning across formats—eLearning, talk tracks, interactive guides, virtual sessions, and AI-powered tools. + Ensure programs are measurable, scalable, and continuously improved using agile methods and learner feedback. + Serve as a change agent and advocate for a One Lenovo mindset across teams and business units. **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in instructional design, organizational development, education, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in learning program management, with focus on sales tools, ERP/CRM systems, or business process enablement. + Proven track record delivering training programs for ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle. + Strong understanding of sales processes (e.g., lead-to-order, order-to-cash, quoting, pricing). + Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations—preferably in the tech sector. + Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. + Demonstrated ability to translate business process complexity into engaging, role-based learning content. + Comfortable creating learning materials (presentations, job aids, microlearning) when needed. + Strong project management capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Analytical mindset with experience in learning impact measurement and optimization. + Knowledge of LMS and learning platforms; experience with AI-based learning solutions is a plus. **What we offer:** + Annual salary review and performance-based bonuses  + Extra vacation days based on years of service  + 2 sick days annually  + Additional paid leave for Public Holidays that fall on weekends  + Additional paid leave for parents  + Diverse, inclusive international team  + Hybrid work model with flexible hours (3 days in the office)   _We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class._ **Additional Locations** : * Romania * Romania **AI PROCESSING NOTICE** We use AI-based tools to support some of our processes (e.g. online interviews recordings and transcripts) in order to achieve better efficiency, accuracy and for our documentation purposes.
