主导复杂Web应用的前端架构设计与实现，覆盖中后台系统、数据可视化、C端互动场景负责 Flutter 跨端应用 及 微信小程序 的核心模块开发，推动多端技术架构统一与性能优化参与 Node.js 中间层开发，实现服务端渲染(SSR)、API聚合、性能优化等关键技术方案探索 WebAssembly、Electron、Tauri 等跨端技术在实际业务中的应用主导前端性能优化专项（首屏加载时间降低30%+，Core Web Vitals达标）与UX设计师共建设计系统（Design System），落地原子化组件开发

硬性要求

精通 React/Vue3+TypeScript，有复杂状态管理实战经验（Redux/MobX/Pinia）熟练开发 微信小程序（熟悉Taro/Uniapp跨端框架优先）熟练开发复杂 Flutter App，掌握状态管理与原生交互熟练 Node.js 开发（NestJS/Express/Koa），掌握 MySQL/Redis 基础优化掌握 Webpack/Vite/Rollup 构建原理，能定制化编译配置有微前端（qiankun/Module Federation）或大型Monorepo项目经验代码规范意识强（熟悉ESLint/Prettier/Husky）擅长技术方案可视化表达（熟练使用DrawIO/Excalidraw）

加分项

具备 Android/iOS 原生开发经验（Java/Kotlin/Swift/OC），熟悉 Flutter 混合开发精通 数据可视化 开发（ECharts/FlChart/WebGL 性能调优）
