This is an exciting opportunity to enable the success of a strategic and innovative new business at ADP that leverages ADP’s unique data assets on nearly 20% of the private US workforce and will shape the future of work. We are looking for a Campaign Data Operations lead with expertise in executing, monitoring, and optimizing targeted B2B2C as well as B2C marketing campaigns spanning mobile, web, email, and push channels.   

Campaign Strategy: Lead the capture and refinement of targeting requirements with key stakeholders  Coordination: Maintain a campaign calendar with strategic and creative stakeholders.   Jointly assess build effort and define tactical execution milestones to ensure timely delivery.  Campaign Execution​: Configure one-time and automated campaign targeting.  Unify targeting criteria across platforms. Lead and support QA as well as tagging.   Reporting: Support campaign data procurement for the analytics team. Own the generation of select reports to track performance and support decision-making.  Enhancements: ​Activate new data and platform features to enable our strategy ​  Governance​: Define and evolve organizational campaign processes. Lead campaign data risk management, including procedures, risks, and controls.   

Above all, you will be data-driven to support a hypothesis-based, test and iterate approach.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS  

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in education and experience)   Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience overall, with at least 3-5 years using Tealium Audience Stream and IQ​  Expert knowledge of omni-channel operational execution activation​  Expert knowledge of data warehouses, transmission, and Marketing Technology architecture ​ 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Experience with CDPs, decisioning, web, mobile, CMS, ESP, and push platforms   Experience with Contentful and Emarsys​  Proven ability to integrate strategic use case asks with available targeting attributes to define requirements and execute campaigns​  Experience developing and executing offer-based marketing strategies to B2B2C and B2C audiences  Strong attention to detail   Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action. Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity. Demonstrates professional maturity and intellectual curiosity.  Ability to execute as a sole contributor yet also influence and partner with cross-functional teams

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $88,800.00 - $237,960.00 / Year
