Job Summary:

The Sr. LDP Specialist will work directly with the LDP management team to support overall program execution through status reporting and project-based initiatives across the six LDP functions: Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, EHS, and HR. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional organizational and communication abilities, and a proven capacity to build collaborative relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Partner with LDP Team to drive strategic initiatives across functional areas, ensuring alignment with program goals and delivering high-impact outcomesOversee key components of LDP program operations, including MyTime coordination, strategic marketing and social media initiatives, and performance calibration processes to ensure alignment with organizational goalsLead the planning and executing of all LDP face to face meetings (orientation, functional training, final year class meeting, etc.). This includes agenda content support, overseeing meeting logistics (travel arrangements, hotel and venue accommodations, catering, etc.), invoice processing, event chargebacks, budget tracking and on-site supportCoordinate, design, and produce resume books and training materials as needed for eventsManage digital communications and event tools to deliver a seamless experience for participantsLead the LDP Mentor Program which includes managing the technology and tools used to facilitate the program, all logistics around launching and matching mentors and mentees, and driving engagementLead analysis and reporting for LDP survey data to uncover actionable insights and inform program strategy.Design and implement process enhancements and automation solutions to optimize LDP program workflows, improve efficiency, and support scalable growth.Lead the processing of Monthly EEP (Extra Effort Pay) and Journal Entries reclasses, as neededOversee LDP Ambassador teams to drive engagement for participants in program and support in attracting new hires to the programAssist with LDP Curriculum Development and TrackingPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (ideally one of the functional areas for LDP)Previous experience in Human Resources or other relevant experienceMust be able to travel 4 – 5 times each yearDemonstrated experience in managing projects

Skills/Competencies

Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination; PMP certification preferred.Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsSuccess in managing multiple challenges and prioritizing projectsOrganized with attention to detailStrong skills in research and analyticsAbility to continuously improve and automate existing program processesProficiency in Microsoft-based applications and programsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of management.Ability to sustain an environment of quality program execution, best practice sharing, and excellenceAbility to quickly learn new applications and programs
