工作职责

Location: 济南

1.政策环境与客户洞察

掌握省市级层面VBP政策及在医院层面的潜在影响追踪医院和关键科室VBP政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素

2.风险识别与机会分析

持续评估医院层面VBP相关风险与机会点，归纳总结不同医院在风险和机会点上的类似模式基于医院互动优先级，规划客户学术活动，来最大限度减少业务影响整合区域资源，促进医院管理或疾病治疗水平提升，推动完成符合公司策略的准入目标

3.关键决策者识别

识别目标医院关键决策者及影响力，了解关键决策者行为驱动力和为满足需求，针对关键决策者的互动目标制定客户互动平台与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系通过客户互动平台与谈判影响关键决策者，并设计院企合作项目或搭建学术合作平台

4.跨部门协作

建立跨部门协作机制，确认行动计划，追踪执行并跟进结果

1. KA从业一年以上，丰富的团队管理经验

2.资深的销售管理经验，有良好的大客户把控能力及准入结果
