Reporting to the Off Trade Team Leader, this role is the guardian of implementing our commercial policies with the assigned Key Account customers (HYPERMARKET), responsible for commercial activities and KPIs. 

Meaningful Work From Day One

This role is pivotal in driving our commercial success by managing key account customers, ensuring the implementation of our commercial policies, and achieving sales and visibility objectives.

What You Can Expect

Achieve sales, distribution, promotion, and visibility objectives with assigned key account customers.

Lead commercial negotiations with HQs, adhering to B-F guidelines.

Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to ensure optimal presence and visibility of the BF portfolio.

Implement and evaluate in-store promotional activities.

Negotiate and monitor in-store merchandising at the store level.

Build strong relationships with assigned customers at key levels within the retail environment.

Advise and monitor optimal customer inventory levels to avoid out-of-stock situations.

Track and report sell-out trends to provide quality input for the Integrated Business Plan (IBP).

Monitor and share competitor activities and market trends.

Manage order, shipment, billing, and collection processes.

Handle customer or consumer claims by leveraging internal resources.

Manage wholesalers linked to key account customers.

Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for assigned key accounts.

Lead monthly customer promotion and business planning based on B-F sales strategy.

Oversee key account investment and payment processes, ensuring compliance with B-F documentation and agreements

What You Bring to the Table

8-12 years of experience in Sales or Commercial roles within the FMCG or Beverage industry.

5+ years of key account management experience in FMCG (Hypermarket).

Costco experience preferred

Work experience in a multinational company.

Proven track record of sales capabilities.

Valid driving license.

What Makes You Unique

Strong commercial skills and customer engagement to drive sales, profitability, distribution, and visibility.

Ability to connect and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Logistics, and Sales Operations.

Experience in the Alcohol Beverage industry.

Experience in eCommerce / Click & Collect.

Experience in Trade Marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
