Your work will focus on maintaining technology standards, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring end users receive high-quality service within established service-level agreements. **What You’ll Be Doing** + **Site Ownership:** Act as the primary IT representative for the facility, responsible for device management, user support, IT room maintenance, and on-site infrastructure. + **Customer Service & Communication:** Build trust with local users and leadership by delivering professional, timely, and reliable support. Escalate issues as needed to ensure service-level agreements are met. + **Collaboration & Teamwork:** Partner with IT colleagues and project teams to meet deadlines, control costs, and deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment. + **Advanced Technical Support:** Provide hands-on troubleshooting and serve as a technical escalation point for end users.
