Compensation
The compensation target range for this role is:
$59,500 - $70,000Job Summary
As a Sr. IT Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure across multiple office locations. You will work closely with the IT Help Desk team, as well as collaborate with the IT Support Manager and System Administration team on various projects. Your expertise will be critical in resolving escalated technical issues and optimizing IT operations.Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
Escalated Ticket Resolution: Take ownership of escalated technical issues from the IT Help Desk team, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to end-users.
Project Collaboration: Assist in planning, implementing, and completing IT projects such as system and network enhancements.
Multi-Location Support: Provide remote and on-site support to end-users across multiple office locations.
Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of networking, Windows/macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, Okta, and SaaS tools.
Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Documentation: Maintain IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions. Create user guides and knowledge base articles.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative IT solutions.
After-Hours Support: Provide support outside regular business hours as needed.

Required Skills, Education, Experience:
Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-3 years of IT support and troubleshooting experience
Proficiency in Windows and macOS
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Okta, and SaaS applications
Basic networking knowledge
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-location environment
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) a plus
