\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the support, enhancement, roadmap for the following applications. Ensure reliable platform and fixing issues within SLA, ensure data security, platform update, etc.

\nSales Incentive Programs: SAP Callidus
\nChannel Partner Technologies: PRM and E2Open
