This Sr IT Business Process Analyst position, within Sauna360, is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of business processes to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals and project objectives. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between various departments to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. This position will be a change agent, supporting the project team’s focus on change management and continuous improvement across the organization.
A successful candidate must be a seasoned communicator and interviewer, capable of directing conversations and probing both explicit and implicit needs and expectations to curate accurate documentation that aids in the delivery process. Deep experience defining, implementing and supporting processes within an enterprise ERP environment is critical.
This successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to identify and outline business needs in concert with team members and then determine approaches to solving business problems via people, process, technology, and training. These solutions will take the form of defining what the customer’s requirements will be in the future technology landscape with a focus on standardization across the different organizations within Watkins Wellness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)
Process Definition and Improvement: Collaborate with end users and management to define business process requirements both at the local and the enterprise level. Working directly with end-users and actively leading process requirement discussions. Makes efforts to understand the customer (internal and external), anticipates their needs, gives high priority to customer engagement while exhibiting professional behaviors.Understanding and ability to demonstrate experience of principles in manufacturing, supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and costing is critical to the success of this role.A deep understanding of the different end-to-end business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce along with how these processes integrate with the Finance and Accounting modules is critical to success in this role.Experience with defining and implementing solutions within an enterprise ERP environment. Become an expert in an ERP environment to drive efficient solutions and assure users are trained and knowledgeable of existing and new functionality.An ability to gain a deep understanding of the Sauna360 manufacturing business and processes, enabling the development of new or updated processes that support the future growth strategies for the Sauna360 business.Work closely with various teams in the development of simplified/lean process improvements and/or operating practices which best utilize current and future technologies to improve quality; increase productivity; and support business goals.Act as the liaison for the business functional area and IT teams. Bridge the communication gap between the IT and business staff to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables and expected results.Ability to drive solutions that work within the future technology and process strategies, while remaining focused on building scalable and supportable solutions.Project Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the project team and different business organizations. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Change Management: Support change management initiatives in the implementation of new or revised processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.Training and Development: Assist in the training programs to educate employees on new processes and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, changes, and training materials. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
7+ years with strong knowledge/experience and managing significant transformational projects within Supply chain, manufacturing, inventory and costing modules.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business or computer science preferable)COMPUTER AND OTHER SKILLS
Proficient user in MS Office suite. Organized and detail oriented. Able to present information to a group of co-workers, supervisors, managers or higher-level executives.

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills and education. The anticipated base pay for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000 annually.
