Candidates who are placed in this role understand and agree that they will convey to SAM when the separation occurs._** **Job Overview** The Sr. IT Analyst will focus on analyzing customer needs and designing a world-class customer portal that provides an exceptional user experience and meets the diverse requirements of our clientele. Additionally , this role involves analyzing current CSR processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and requirements. Design a world-class customer portal that enhances user experience and meets customer needs. + Continuously improve the customer portal based on feedback and technological advancements. + Provide technical support and training to CSR teams on newly implemented technologies. + Change Management: Continue to onboard customers to eCom and portal platforms. + Analyze existing CSR processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. + Design and develop AI and IT solutions to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on AI and Customer portal.
