**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
+ To assist Chief Compliance Officer/Senior Compliance Manager to ensure that Philips HCC operates according to regulatory requirements and ethical standards
+ To support Chief Compliance Officer/Senior Compliance Manager in daily risk oversight and pre-approval process management
+ To promote the culture and practice of compliance with the letter and spirit of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in conducting business
+ Continuously improve the way compliance works
+ Perform distributor audit and support for distributor audit projects;
**You are responsible for**
+ Assist to provide support to Philips HS management team to ensure that they establish and monitor appropriate procedures for meeting Philips HS compliance requirements;
+ Assist to promote compliance with Philips GBP, Anti-bribery Policy, Gift and entertainment Policy etc.;
+ perform distributor audit and support for distributor audit projects;
+ To assist in Compliance training preparation and coordination and provide compliance related trainings;
+ Ensure business activities are planned in consistence with applicable policies and procedures through pre-approval process;
+ Prepare compliance tracker for continuous reporting on compliance risks, issues and actions to Philips HS management team;
+ Conduct regular compliance monitoring exercises (e.g. expenses monitoring);
+ To provide a pro-active and consultative advisory service to staff in Philips HS on compliance related issues;
+ To maintain compliance database per Philips policies;
+ Assist to perform distributor audit and support for distributor audit projects;
+ Other tasks assigned by team & company.
**You are a part of**
Philips Health System Compliance and IOC Team.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ At least 5 years’ work experience in compliance or audit and internal control or risk management; work experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
+ Good interpersonal skills to enable effective and influential internal and external contacts.
+ Exhibit strong analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes and technology concepts
+ Excellent presentation skills with large and small audiences.
+ Competent in both oral and written English and Chinese
+ Strong PC skills with Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint etc.
+ Thoroughness and good attention to detail
+ Intermediate knowledge of SAP preferred
