We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to support our clients in North America. The position will require travel between 20% and 40%. The Role: As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in the full life cycle of implementations for our Food & Beverage ERP solutions. You’ll lead requirements sessions, analyze business needs, and translate them into detailed specifications. You'll also conduct end-user workshops, configure solutions to meet customer requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll be responsible for maintaining project documentation, managing functional testing, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for food and beverage manufacturers and distributors. We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in software or ERP implementations In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC modules and functionalities Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within the food and beverage industry 5+ years’ experience developing functional design documentation and system documentation 3+ years’ experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40%) To Be Ahead of the Pack, You Might Have: Project management experience Experience with food safety, compliance, or traceability processes in ERP systems Aptean pledges to promote a company culture where diversity, equity and inclusion are central.
