Your impact
As a Senior HR Shared Services (HRSS) Specialist at OpenText, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence across HR services. You’ll be the go-to expert for complex HR transactions, policy interpretation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and support strategic HR functions by alleviating operational burdens from HR CoEs and Business Partners.

What you need to succeed
French language and HR knowlege of France is a must.Proven experience in HR operations with strong judgment and autonomy in handling complex issues.
Ability to manage and resolve advanced HR transactions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Expertise in process documentation, training delivery, and knowledge management.
Analytical mindset to identify trends, propose solutions, and support system implementations.
Commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and delivering high-quality service.
