Senior HRIS Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 2-3 days/week)

Our client, a Boston-based consulting firm, is looking to hire a Senior HRIS Analyst with strong experience in Workday. This role will be responsible for managing the company's HR technology systems and will work closely with cross-functional teams to support HR system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and more.

Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support of HR applications, including security access, maintenance, administration, and systems integrity of HR systems.Configure Workday modules to meet business needs, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence Management, and more.Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

Qualifications:
