Job Description A defense contracting firm is hiring a Senior HR ServiceNow Developer to implement the HR module for their robotic space exploration client. In addition to setting up the HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro solutions, they will be responsible for developing new solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new/adjusted configurations to support client processes. They will lead requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into fully functional features. **Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Skills and Requirements Proven ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to identify gaps and pain points, provide actionable recommendations, and clearly communicate the path to implementation. 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow (development, engineering, etc.) 4+ years of experience building and customizing ServiceNow applications (e.g., HR platforms, IT tools), connecting it with other 3rd party systems, and creating automated workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Experience setting up the HRSD module from scratch OR 2+ years of experience configuring or providing modifications for HRSD. 2+ years of using CSS and JavaScript in ServiceNow. Experience presenting to non-technical and high-level stakeholders. Portal Consolidation: Successfully merged two separate ServiceNow portals into a unified Employee Center, streamlining user experience and navigation.
