We are committed to fostering innovation and building a strong, productive workforce while continually empowering our teams to achieve excellence. **Your Role:** _As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will:_ + Provide strategic and tactical HR leadership to achieve business objectives within assigned teams. + Partner with employees to clarify HR policies, shift mindsets, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. + Lead project management for HR-related initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and tangible results. + Collaborate with global and regional HR teams, including Compensation Leads and HR Business Partners, to ensure alignment and excellence in HR practices. + Use your expertise in compensation and benefits (CB) to coordinate with international Comp Teams when needed. **What You Bring:** + Proven track record as a strategic HR leader, capable of building partnerships across all levels of an organization. + Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as a HR Business Partner (or equivalent). + Experience in multinational companies and matrix organizations. + Broad knowledge of HR functions, including compensation, benefits, talent development, and organizational development. + Fluency in native-level Japanese and business-level English. + Experience in a COE role (especially in CB). **Skills That Set You Apart:** + Communication, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful solutions. + Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively across domestic and global teams. + Strong organizational agility and business acumen to align HR strategies with business needs. **Bonus Points For:** + Leadership experience, such as managing HR teams or overseeing major HR projects. + Familiarity with fast-paced, dynamic environments and external HR networks. **Ideal Candidate:** _The ideal candidate is self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a global context.
