As an Sr. HR Coordinator, you’ll be a trusted partner to our employees, HR teams, and leaders—helping to ensure that every interaction with HR is smooth, clear, and supportive.

 

This role is part of our centralized HR function, where no two days are exactly alike. One moment you might be helping a new hire navigate onboarding, the next you’re answering policy questions, processing important HR transactions, or recognizing an employee’s milestone. You’ll be at the heart of our people operations, making sure our employees feel valued, informed, and empowered.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

 

Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies and programs, providing clear, accurate, and timely information.Connect employees with solutions by routing requests to the right departments or individuals when additional expertise is needed.Communicate with care through online platforms and telephone, ensuring every HR-related question is addressed with professionalism and empathy.Keep our records sharp by entering and maintaining accurate employee data in the HRIS and documenting HR activities as needed.Support key HR programs such as tuition reimbursement, employee recognition awards, and voluntary exit processes.Welcome new hires by managing preboarding and onboarding activities, setting them up for success from day one.Help employees feel at home by participating in new hire orientation sessions and fostering a strong sense of connection.

Minimum Requirements Associate’s degree

OR

At least 2 years of human resource experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Knowledge and skills, applying subject matter knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Performs assignments that are moderately difficult in nature, which require judgment to resolve issues or to make recommendations. Works under limited or moderate degree of supervision and generally receives minimal instruction on daily work, with general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Applies subject matter knowledge and understands specific needs or requirements to apply knowledge and/or skills.  Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sounds decisions.
