Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deeply support our Driver Assistance Business, focusing on organizational and talent management for software/algorithm development and engineering department. As a strategic partner to the business, you will drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment to accelerate growth in the Driver Assistance domain.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership & Business InsightUnderstand the technical logic, product roadmap, and industry trends of the driver assistance business, co-creating HR strategies with business leaders to achieve objectives.Diagnose organizational health (e.g., team collaboration, talent density, cultural fit) and deliver data-driven improvement plans.Talent Acquisition & Pipeline DevelopmentLead high-level recruitment for technical teams (software/algorithm engineers), identifying industry top talent and designing tailored attraction strategies.Build technical career path and succession plans for critical roles to ensure sustainable talent supply.Performance Management & Talent DevelopmentImplement performance management systems aligned with technical team characteristics, optimizing metrics and incentivesDefine and develop talents towards business target and aligned with talent structureCulture Building & Employee ExperienceFoster a geek culture and innovation mindset through tech forums, hackathons, and other initiatives to enhance engineer engagement.Address unique challenges in technical team management (e.g., cross-team collaboration, agile R&D efficiency) to improve employee experience.Change Management & Organizational EffectivenessSupport organizational restructuring during rapid scaling or transformation, driving process optimization and cross-department collaboration.Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., workforce productivity analysis, attrition prediction models) for decision-making insights.QualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, engineering education background preferred.5+ years of HRBP experience in tech, high-tech, or automotive intelligence sectors; experience in ADAS industries is a plus.Responsible, efficient, reliableCore CompetenciesTechnical Team Savvy: Understand software/algorithm engineers’ mindset and career aspirations, building trust with tech leaders swiftly.Business Acumen: Translate technical roadmaps and product cycles into actionable HR solutions.Advanced Skills: Proficient in organizational diagnostics and incentive designPreferred AttributesKnowledge of ADAS talent market dynamics4.
