**Position Snapshot** + Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan, or Rockwell Makati + Company: Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. + Full-time + Bachelor’s Degree + 8+ years of experience **Position Summary** The role of Swiss local Global Mobility Service Line Lead is to ensure best in class service rendered by the IBS Swiss Global Mobility Services line in Manila by overseeing the end-to-end global mobility processes while ensuring 100% compliance to company policies. The Swiss local service line lead will lead, train, coach and provide daily support to the IBS team. He/She brings value through his/her expertise across a large spectrum of mobility related topics : Taxes, Social security, Package, Immigration, Application of global mobility policies. He/she ensures that services are rendered within appropriate timelines, that packages & conditions are well explained to the future expatriate. He/she will act as a partner to the business and build an effective relationship with the clients (markets, businesses) in all global mobility services topics. Act as an escalation point for services rendered by IBS Manilla for Global Mobility services to Nestlé in Switzerland. **A day in the life of...** + Consultancy and guidance to internal clients on global mobility matters based on Nestlé's global assignment policies, cost effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction. + Oversight and training of IBS services line for the preparation, communication and implementation of any transfers compensation packages in line with the applicable policies, transfer & relocation guidelines and processes. Escalation point for IBS services (case management activities) + Lead for case management and service delivery processes by IBS Manilla, drive continuous improvement projects. + Key contact for Swiss stakeholder (HRBP, payroll) for any Swiss Global Mobility throughout the expatriate lifecycle and coordinating the related processes according to business needs. + Working in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders : ex. Paryoll, Immigration Team, relocation services provider, tax services provider... Respectful and trusted partnership with all stakeholders and providers participating in the global mobility process to ensure efficiency throughout the global mobility process. Act as a point of escalation. + Ensuring that master data in all systems such as SAP, case management tool is maintained by IBS at the highest possible accuracy at any point of time. Necessary actions are taken to prevent issues or make corrections without delay. + Compliance and accuracy of payroll data (salary & benefits) of the expatriate population is guaranteed at any point in time. Necessary actions are taken to prevent issues or make corrections without delay. + Ensure compliance of global mobility processes by IBS are guaranteed by following the internal process documentations, e.g. check lists or guides. + Act as Subject Matter Expert. Responsible for team training on any technical topics, share knowledge with the team by coaching the team members on complex cases, sharing expertise, organizing trainings and providing regular updates on the subject **What will make you successful...** + Graduate of a bachelors degree with good scholastic records + Has Experience in coordinating global assignments (8+ years) in a large multinational organization. + Has proven experience in supporting clients in a client-facing role and / or client relationship management role in a large multinational organization. + Has In-depth expertise in expatriate compensation, social security, taxation, payroll and immigration matters. + Experience in interfacing in a professional manner with top-level executives and ability to present information effectively. + Experience in managing high number of complex global assignments simultaneously. + Excellence in service delivery in an intercultural environment. + Advanced user of MS Office applications and familiar with SAP HR. + Experience with an assignment management system (such as Equus) is a plus.
