Sr. Global Marketing Automation Manager

Resideo is seeking a data-driven and strategic Sr. Global Marketing Automation Manager to lead our marketing automation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing technologies, CRM platforms, and customer lifecycle marketing.
JOB DUTIES:
Strategy & Execution:
Develop and manage automated marketing programs (email, SMS, in-app, etc.) across the entire customer journey. Create lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based communications. Deploy lead scoring and multi-touch attribution techniques. Own marketing funnel strategies that drive qualified leads and conversions.Platform Management:
Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.). Integrate marketing automation with CRM systems and other marketing tools.Data & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and analyze results to optimize performance. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs like open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and ROI.Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with content, design, sales, product, and customer success teams to support integrated campaigns. Coordinate with developers and IT to ensure proper technical implementation and data flows.Best Practices:
Maintain list hygiene and manage segmentation strategies to improve engagement.
YOU MUST HAVE:
10+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM-focused roles. Technical proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar. Comprehensive grasp of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and lead scoring. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and email rendering best practices.WE VALUE:
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. Prior Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Experience with B2B/B2C marketing funnels. Excellent communication and project management skills. Knowledge of database management and API integrations.
