**About the role** As a Genesys engineer, you will make an impact by managing and supporting telephony systems, including Genesys Cloud and Avaya Aura suite of products. You will be a valued member of the Voice Systems team and work collaboratively with managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure robust and secure voice technology environments. **In this role, you will:** - Manage and support Genesys Cloud and Avaya Aura suite including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, and Messaging. - Integrate Genesys with Oracle Session Border Controller and Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing. - Oversee Carrier Voice Network and 3rd Party connectivity management. - Implement and monitor voice security and fraud detection mechanisms. - Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support for voice systems. **Work model: Remote** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
