Job Scope

To support and manage the delivery of world class operations and operational performance in India through deployment of Effective Operations including continuous improvement methodology, quality management, people processes, performance management and metrics.

Key Responsibilities\n\n\nEnsure employees in Operations are trained and developed to meet business and succession needs.\nMonitor the implementation of agreed integration projects.\nDetermine and manage the plan for deploying Effective Operations strategies.\nManage the budget and deliver implementation on budget.\nLead and direct a virtual team across the country.\nProject manage the integration of acquired businesses.\nEnsure processes for sustaining Effective Operations and continuous improvement\n

Experience:

\n\nMinimum 8 years of experience in a logistics environment with a successful track record in operations.\nExperience in implementing change and understanding the local regulatory environment.\nTrack record of running large, complex, and profitable operations.\n\n

Qualification: Degree (or equivalent).
