Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Must live in Austin/San Antonio, TX. + Design, develop, and maintain both thefrontend(user interfaces) andbackend(server-side logic) of web applications usingReact,Node.js, andJavaScript. + Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application across the stack. + Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces, focusing on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences. + Build and maintain robust, scalable back-end services and integrate withMicrosoft SQLdatabases for data storage and retrieval. + Develop and implement APIs to enable efficient communication between frontend and backend systems. Collaboration & Documentation: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions usingJiraandConfluencefor project management and documentation. + Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the team’s best practices viaGitHub. + Manage deployments and application scaling inMicrosoft Azure. + Mentor junior developers , providing guidance and support to help them grow and improve their technical skills. + Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high coding standards across the team.
