Job Description System integration, update, implementation, improvement, and training. To set up team targets following company development, and organize relevant resources to achieve targets excellently. Responsible for weekly and monthly quality regular meeting (prepare report and follow up the output of the meeting). According to the working content, manage and control department cost. Responsible for the preparation of external audit and QRMP, coordination, making improvement plan and following up. The recognition and application of the applicable laws and regulations, and be in implementation, guidance and monitoring. To keep good communication into internal cross-function and the external functions. Complaints feedback, investigation and improvement. To understand the quality policy and obligations. To comply with the quality risk management, procedures and work instructions. To reduce risk with the implementation of risk control measures. Risk early warning, report the accident and the product defects timely. Assist the implement of KHMS in the plant.
Team building
Make out training program to improve employees’ skill. Set up the KPI review base on individual job position, to incentives and improve their execution. Keep good/efficiency communication with other department/function, implement company requirements, standardize all process, it includes warehouse, logistics etc., and continue improvement. Safe production Understand and implement the EHS requirement which is related company and regulatory requirements; responsible for the EHS performance in production department; Provide the necessary resources for EHS protection, such as of human, material and financial support.
