Your Impact
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will lead the development of the OpenText OneSource Digital Communication Suite, shaping both the product and the team behind it. Your work will directly influence the success of enterprise customers by delivering high-quality, scalable front-end solutions. You’ll mentor developers, drive technical excellence, and serve as a key technical contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience leading front-end development teams and mentoring developersExpertise in JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular) and build tools (Vite, Webpack)Strong understanding of REST APIs, SharePoint, and modern front-end architectureExcellent communication skills for engaging with enterprise customers and global teamsAbility to manage multiple projects, define release scopes, and deliver on deadlinesA degree in an IT-related discipline and experience in client-facing rolesProficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScriptStrong documentation skills and the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
