**Senior Analyst, APAC FP&A CoE** **Department:** Accounting and Finance **Reporting To:** APAC FP&A Manager **Location:** Pu Xi/Pudong **About the Role:** This pivotal role within our elite Finance Rotational Program focuses on elevating commercial FP&A practices and standardizing financial processes across APAC. You will design scalable frameworks, drive analytics innovation, and enable business partners with data-driven insights to fuel commercial growth. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement standardized FP&A templates, tools, and methodologies across APAC regions. + APAC sales commission champion, assist in APAC all regions pricing and discount monitoring + Support commercial performance analysis (revenue, margin, channel/customer profitability). + Collaborate with Regional Finance/Business Partners to align on best practices. + Lead APAC functional spend control & monitoring + Build automated dashboards for commercial KPIs (e.g., sales efficiency, pricing analytics). + Support strategic initiatives (pricing analysis, new market entry modeling). + Other ad-hoc reports as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related discipline + 5~7 years of finance experience, including 3+ years in FPA with exposure to commercial finance. + Expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization tools. + Experience in designing/implementing FP&A processes in multinational settings. + Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders across cultures. + Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proven Business Partnering (BP) experience + Advanced Power BI skills or experience in financial digital development **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
