Sr. FP&A Advisor/ HybridPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To partner with and support Operational leadership teams to achieve financial objectives; to support corporate departments or more broadly in forecasting, budgeting, and/or analysis of results as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
Serves as key strategic finance partner to the business unit.Partners with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely month-end close, including preparation of a limited number of journal entries.Performs variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts; identifies key drivers and trends.Prepares and communicates monthly financial reporting and other Operational reporting to senior management.Plays a key role in the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.Delivers actionable insights through dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and align financial goals.Supports continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree preferred.4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Experience with ERP and BI tools (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.TAKING CARE OF YOU
