The primary focus of this position is to provide efficient end-to-end control mechanism over fixed asset requests and make sure the correctness of transactions in SAP, company policy and SOX perspective.
The FA Analyst is responsible to control all processed forms, being POC for plant teams for guidance, managing Genpact FA team and increase efficiency of FA related processes for MSC.
Drive and continuous improvement in simplifying the process of fixed asset management and providing clear analysis and guidance to business partners is required.
**Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
+ Fixed asset process harmonization including R&R and process maps.
+ Final review and approval for processed forms: (FOFA Forms for Capitalization, Project creation, Asset disposal, Asset master data change)
+ Being POC for plant teams to guide preparation of Capitalization, Project creation, Asset Master data Change, ADR forms.
+ Follow up form status with GP FA team to accelerate the process and understand the problems if any.
+ Follow up with plants to track documentation and execution of mandatory Fixed asset count.
+ Monthly checks of SAP to control over all SAP transactions with FOFA forms as part of future GP FA SLA.
+ Final approval on budget changes in SAP (if budget changes have business justification and are approved as per RACI). Control over budget changes in SAP
+ Project spending analysis.
+ Consolidation OP/SF planning for asset write off.
+ Managing monthly asset disposal process and consolidation of ADR forms, follow up with plants.
+ Managing Production Line Overview
+ Preparation of manual journal entry analysis template and control over postings if they have proper back ups, approvals and valid reasons.
+ Follow up CWIP monitoring and out of compliance projects with responsible teams.
+ Responsible for CI inc. developing new FA controls and rolling them down to BUs, while keeping central governance over the process
+ Quarterly Asset class control for potential incorrect asset classes
**What you will bring**
+ Well organized with solid financial and analytical skills, capable to interpret and confront financial outcomes
+ Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication style, ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at various level of seniority.
+ Open-minded and proactive in seeking solutions
+ Proven track record of self-management and prioritisation.
+ Team player, with ability to stand alone.
+ 4+ years of functional experience in manufacturing controlling, financial controlling, FP&A or Category Controlling, ideally in an international environment
+ System (SAP, BI and FiT) knowledge
+ Supply Chain, Engineering experience
+ Internal Controls experience
+ Fluent in English
