Key job responsibilities
• Handle phone calls both Inbound and Outbound
• Investigate, respond, and resolve employee receivables-related inquiries from all applicable platforms, including escalation or dispute handling
• Analyze overpayments, compute recovery amounts, record and collect open employee receivables
• Collaborate with different business units to identify gaps and optimize processes to improve employee experience and overall collection effectiveness
